Cerca del apartamento hay supermercados, comercios de cercanía, Hospital de Bellvitge y zonas verdes para pasear. Metro L1, tren y autobuses que comunican con el centro de Barcelona. El piso tiene 4 habitaciones en total, con un ambiente respetuoso y de compañerismo queremos que la convivencia sea lo mejor posible, NO es posible hacer fiestas. Buscamos compañeros tranquilos y que busquen una estancia amigable. A 20min andando apróximadamente del centro comercial Gran Via 2 y zona Fira Barcelona...

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
